We began our search for a new home over a year before finding Erika (we were in the market in another area of California). We knew once we got closer that we would need to get our local home on the market ASAP and that's when we contacted her! As soon as we met with her we knew we would be in good hands. She came to our home and walked us through neighborhood comps, explained the entire process of getting prepared for market and answered all of our questions about inspections, handling open houses and offers and so forth.

Luckily for us all, selling was way easier than buying and she walked us through every step. She was helpful, honest, friendly and professional all the way through, and our home sold very fast with multiple competitive offers.

Erika was kind and very professional in her quest to sell my brother's property after he passed away in 2023.
